Leave History

Leave history details, such as start and end dates, date paid, time off and the reason for taking the leave is viewed and maintained in this window.

Prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • When an employee is selected, any existing Leave History is displayed.
  • Employee will not be paid SSP if the sick dates are entered in the Leave History screen.
  • Details of Leave History can be recorded/viewed directly into the table, or by using the drill down on the record.

 ESS Access   

  • Information entered on this screen can be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.
